Step 2: Installation Scheduling
Within two (2) business days, we will reach out by phone or email to confirm availability and set up your installation appointment.
Step 3: Professional Installation
A certified installer will arrive as scheduled to complete your installation. Once everything is set up, they’ll do on-site test to ensure your swim jet system is working properly, as long as conditions at the location support same-day testing*.
Step 4: Installation Review & Service Feedback
You can review the work and confirm if iGarden installation service meets your expectations. We welcome your feedback so we can improve our service.

Same-day operation depends on site readiness. It may be affected by site conditions, the need for extra materials, or system faults. Final completion time will be determined by our technical assessment.

Installation Service Fee Coverage

Quick On-Site Orientation (5 mins)
After installation, the installer will provide a brief on-site walkthrough, covering key safety notes, basic operating modes, and iGarden APP usage to help you get started quickly.
Structural Suitability
The Control Box should NOT be installed on walls that cannot safely support at least three (3) times the weight of the control box.
Likewise, the Jet's Mounting Bracket must not be installed on any pool-deck or coping materials that are unsuitable for drilling or anchoring, including fragile stone, thin veneers, or materials prone to cracking.
Hidden Risk
Drilling into walls containing electrical wiring or floors containing water pipes may cause damage to the pool system or even pose a safety hazard. Thus, the user may have to talk further with iGarden or the authorized service agents to provide yard conditions and details prior to installation. Be sure to maintain a high level of vigilance during the installation process.
Electrical Code & Location Requirements
To comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), the Swim Jet P Control Box must not be installed:
· within 6 feet (1.8 m) of the swimming pool water edge.
· in high-humidity or poorly ventilated environments.
· in locations exposed to direct sunlight, heat sources, or other strong light sources.
Site Condition & Safety Restrictions
Installation Service is prohibited if any of the following conditions are present:
· deteriorated or non-compliant electrical wiring,
· aged, cracked, or structurally compromised walls,
· damaged, unstable, or deteriorated pool deck or coping materials.
All critical installation areas must be inspected and confirmed to be in safe condition prior to installation.
Please ensure that the installation area is properly prepared and maintained before submitting an installation service reservation. Failure to meet the above conditions may result in installation delays, additional charges, or cancellation of service.
