Part I - Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
This Refund Policy applies only to products purchased from iGarden Official Online Store. For products purchased from other channels, please contact the respective seller for assistance.
1. For in-stock products, you may cancel your order before it has shipped.
2. For pre-order products, you may cancel before the product has shipped or before production begins, subject to any instructions provided for that specific product.
3. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a full refund.
4. If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, iGarden may deduct reasonable costs actually incurred.
5. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may request a return & refund.
Request Return & Refund Service:
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from the iGarden Official Online Store. If you purchased from other authorized retailers or platforms, please contact the respective seller, as their policies will apply.
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, you are eligible for our Return & Refund Service within 30 calendar days from the day after receipt, if you meet any of the following conditions:
1. Change of Mind / No-fault Returns: The product has no manufacturing defects. The product is in like-new condition, with original packaging, accessories, gifts, and manuals intact and unused.
2. Manufacturing Defect: The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
1. The service is requested after the iGarden specified return period has been exceeded.
2. A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
3. Product labels, serial numbers, etc. show evidence of tampering or alteration.
4. Any fault or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, or improper installation or operation.
5. Products are not shipped back within 14 days after iGarden approves the return request.
Residents of certain states may have additional return rights under state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
How to Obtain Return & Refund Service
1. Contact iGarden Customer Support during the eligible period and provide a valid order number.
2. Our support team will confirm whether your order qualifies for return and provide detailed instructions, including the return address.
3. For products with a manufacturing defect upon receipt, iGarden will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Once received, our warehouse team will inspect returned products within 3 business days.
5. If approved, refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-10 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Refund Deductions
1. For non-manufacturing defect returns: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. If the product is returned with signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary, we may deduct from your refund an amount that reflects the reduced value.
3. If returned products are missing essential parts, accessories, or documentation, or are returned in a condition that shows misuse or damage beyond normal handling, iGarden may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.

Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you order one of our products in Australia, you have legal rights known as ‘consumer guarantees’ which apply for a reasonable time from the date of your purchase until the failure becomes apparent and regardless of the manufacturer warranty as provided in this policy. The manufacturer warranty herein applies in addition to the rights you have at law and are not intended to limit, modify or restrict your consumer guarantee rights in any way.
European Economic Area (EEA)
For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this policy are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.
Under European consumer laws, consumers are entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge by the seller of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. Furthermore, the consumer may require an appropriate reduction of the price or have the contract rescinded, if the consumer is entitled to neither repair nor replacement, or if the seller has not completed the remedy within a reasonable time, or if the seller has not completed the remedy without significant inconvenience to the consumer or refund by the seller, of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. However, the consumer is not entitled to have the contract rescinded if the lack of conformity is minor.

iGarden reserves the right to amend these After-Sales Service Policies at any time. The most current version will be posted on our official website. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to ongoing service requests without your consent, where required by law.
