Cancellation

  • For in-stock products, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to iGarden’s instruction regarding specific pre-order products.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering will be fully refunded with no deductions. For cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipment, we will refund your payment minus any incurred processing costs where permitted by applicable state law.
  • Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; please follow the return process below.

Returns

For products purchased from the iGarden Official Store, our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for any reason. This policy applies to all purchases made directly from iGarden official website or Amazon iGarden direct store. For purchase made through any retailer, please contact the retailer and follow such retailer’s return policy.

Defective Product Returns:

For products that are defective or damaged upon receipt:

    Report defects within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@igarden.ai

  • iGarden will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective items.
  • Full refund including original shipping costs will be issued upon confirmation of defect
  • Replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost if requested
  • State-specific consumer warranty rights may provide additional remedies
  • International customers (customers located outside the United States and Canada): Contact support for market-specific defect procedures.
  • Products found defective during normal use within warranty period are covered under our Product Warranty Policy.

Return Guidelines:

  • Have your order number and purchase email ready and submit a return request [here]
  • iGarden customer support team will confirm whether your order qualifies for return and send detailed return instructions.
  • Use the provided instructions (and label, if applicable) to return your product.
  • iGarden warehouse team will inspect returned items within 1–3 business days of receipt.
  • Approved returns are refunded via your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Return Conditions:

  • A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required.
  • All accessories and original packaging must be included; missing items or improper packaging may incur charges.

Fees & Shipping Costs:

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt and inspection. For non-quality-related return requests, (i) original shipping cost will not be refunded and (ii) return shipping costs and transaction fees (3.8% for credit card users, 3.49% for PayPal users) shall be deducted from your refund. Specifically,

shipping costs shall be deducted from your refund in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by iGarden’s quality control to be in working condition.
  • Returning items via international shipping.
  • Unauthorized returns outside the approved process.

Residents of certain states may have additional return rights under state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Legal Compliance & Limitations

This policy complies with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. Where state law provides greater rights, those rights supersede this policy. Specifically:

  • California residents have additional rights under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and California Civil Code Section 1723
  • Residents of other states may have similar statutory rights under their state laws

Limitations

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns that constitute abuse of our return policy
  • Certain items may be excluded from return eligibility as permitted by law
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • International orders (orders by customers located outside of United States and Canada) may be subject to additional restrictions and duties
