The swim jet is so versatile. Our entire family uses it for fitness, fun and recovery. I initially bought the swim jet for me to be able to swim "laps." However, using the swim jet for waves very quickly became a family favorite pool activity. On top of that, my son, who is a high school athlete, started using it for recovery workouts and has been injury-free so far this season. I'm so glad I chose this product. It has more than met my expectations.

We have loved our swim jet and everyone in the family has been using it all summer long. We ended up having a slight battery issue recently and they have been very quick to resolve the issue and send a new replacement battery.

I have purchased the IGarden swim Jet X series to train in my pool for Ironman events. I have been using the product now for 2 months and must say that the user experience is great. The device is easy to install, operate, charge and store. The 4 speeds are more than enought for my training needs. Customer support team was fast and efficent in responding to questions and clarifying doubts.

So far so good ! Ive used the igarden swim x 3 and getting more used to it each time. Setup was easy once I watched videos. I have salt water pool so rinsing after each use.Fast shipping , good communication, nice product. Hoping for good training & saving time on driving to ymca.

I received great customer support service. The robotic cleaner works great. The cleaner has a minor issue but it still functions well without the part. Igarden generously will be replacing the cleaner.

We have had a KN 55 all season and it has proven to be one of the better decisions we have made involving our pool. So convenient, cleans well, battery lasts a long time. So much better than the pool sweep we had before that constantly got tangled and needed new parts. Well done iGarden! Kevin M.

iGarden’s K90 robot pool cleaner is an exceptional product that thoroughly and completely cleaned our 25,000 gallon inground swimming pool. It handled all of the edges and angles effectively. We replaced a Polaris robot driven by a pump that consumed over 1300 watts continuous power use with our new K90 which is a quiet, efficient, and power conserving product compared to Polaris.

I asked originally they delay shipping since we were in Florida and wanted to try out within 30 days. The accomodated and they shipped May 1st as asked. Then when we tried to open pool out liner was trashed and we still didn't get to try the K36. Once we finally did it was acting a little funny and poping wheelies. Their support was great and they shipped out a new unit immediatly and new unit was perfect. Return was also free. I told my neighbor and he bought one as well.

The true test of a company is not whether a problem occurs, but how they respond when it does. iGarden exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service and commitment to standing behind their products. I purchased the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and, unfortunately, it stopped working and displayed an error message. I contacted customer support, and they responded promptly, asking me to send a few pictures of the machine so they could evaluate the issue. After reviewing the photos, iGarden quickly approved a replacement and sent me a new unit. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. While it's never ideal to have a product issue, I was impressed by how quickly and fairly they resolved the problem. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend both the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and the company behind it.
