So far so good ! Ive used the igarden swim x 3 x and getting more used to it each time. Setup was easy once I watched videos. I have salt water pool so rinsing after each use.Fast shipping , good communication, nice product. Hoping for good training & saving time on driving to ymca.

The swimjet is fantastic! It turned my pool into a mini water park and I’m getting so much use out of it swimming “laps”. When I needed to contact customer support they were quick to respond and were extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to people for all their products.

I bought the iGarden Swim Jet. This product is outstanding, I also had a conversation with Gloria from Customer service, which gave me the best service possible. The company great, and the products are amazing. Next up I am thinking about trying their pool cleaning robot.

iGarden’s K90 robot pool cleaner is an exceptional product that thoroughly and completely cleaned our 25,000 gallon inground swimming pool. It handled all of the edges and angles effectively. We replaced a Polaris robot driven by a pump that consumed over 1300 watts continuous power use with our new K90 which is a quiet, efficient, and power conserving product compared to Polaris.

Exceptional performance and total game-changer for small pools! I was an early backer of the campaign and recently received my SwimJet X. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I got upgraded to the X30 model! Now that I've had a chance to test it out in the water, I couldn't be happier. The overall build quality feels top-tier, and the power it generates is impressive. Having a smaller backyard pool used to mean doing endless short turns, but with the X30's steady current, I can finally do long, uninterrupted swim sessions right at home. Huge thanks to the team for the upgrade and for delivering such a fantastic product! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get the most out of their pool.

I've had nothing but an outstanding customer experience with iGarden. I ordered a swim jet and one of the boxes got misrouted by FedEx. iGarden customer service caught it immediately, sent a replacement, and reached out to let me know. They gave me a solution before I even knew there was a problem. They also helped me with an upgrade and were very responsive. The product itself is great too!

1st time owning a pool so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pretty amazed by the costumer support, any questions at all they are addressing and resolving. The robot it self is a pretty neat design even though the less tech-savy individuals might need to play around with it a few times till you figure out what cleaning mode works best for your pool and size.

The true test of a company is not whether a problem occurs, but how they respond when it does. iGarden exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service and commitment to standing behind their products. I purchased the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and, unfortunately, it stopped working and displayed an error message. I contacted customer support, and they responded promptly, asking me to send a few pictures of the machine so they could evaluate the issue. After reviewing the photos, iGarden quickly approved a replacement and sent me a new unit. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. While it's never ideal to have a product issue, I was impressed by how quickly and fairly they resolved the problem. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend both the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and the company behind it.

I purchased the swim jet X5 and received it promptly. However, when I went to turn it on for the first time, nothing happened. I was getting error messages through the app that there was a faulty drive. I contacted customer service on a Saturday morning and they communicated promptly. They are going to send a new unit and waive their policy of return first, we inspect, then we send a new unit and are sending one right away. I am giving five stars for the customer service even though I am dissatisfied that I received a faulty unit. There is a chance it got damaged in transit, but the unit arrives well protected in the box.I hope to be back up and running in a few days.

I asked originally they delay shipping since we were in Florida and wanted to try out within 30 days. The accomodated and they shipped May 1st as asked. Then when we tried to open pool out liner was trashed and we still didn't get to try the K36. Once we finally did it was acting a little funny and poping wheelies. Their support was great and they shipped out a new unit immediatly and new unit was perfect. Return was also free. I told my neighbor and he bought one as well.
