Very happy with response time. Technical team told me what to do to fix problem with right track and to send a video. They said they back their product 100%and for me to ship it back to them, which they sent me a shipping label for, and they would send me a new one. Great service!

A9 out of 10. At times it gets stuck on the bottom drain and I have to manually move it. Otherwise good. Good value for the money

I love how efficient it is. Very satisfied overall. I like to see what the filter caught after a cycle: normal dust, and sediments caused by the well water, pollen from oak trees that filter through the screen, and anything else that was brushed off the walls and floor. I know I did not buy the most advanced model, but I wish the pattern of cleaning would be more uniformly or would go after specific spots to clean. Small patches are left after a cycle. So I brush that and leave it for the next cleaning. It really saves me a lot of time and effort.

KN55 is amazing, previously used Haward using hose and skimmer, but health issues said getting hose and Hayward ready then removing it and cleaning the filter was getting very hard. The iGarden KN55 made life so much easier, just set timer and type of cleaning, put in pool and way it goes. The job is does cleaning walls, water line, and bottom are amazing.
