iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36-Refurbished

The cordless iGarden pool cleaning robot has proven a solid investment compared to the established brand that needed constant repairs. I only need to charge it once per week which is convenient. The three-year warranty is the strongest in the industry and they stand behind it.

I bought the K Pro 100 device and unfortunately it did not last 24 hours and encountered an error. The support team have been great in troubleshooting the problem and arranged for a replacement unit. I received the replacement unit quickly and got the robot working. It worked perfectly and was even able to clean our shallow bench, which would have normally been done manually. The only issue is that you cannot access the robot via the app, once it is in the pool. But that makes sense, because bluetooth won't work through water :) So it is more a cordless robot issue that an iGarden product issue. But all in all, extremely happy with the product and teh generous warranty that iGarden offer, with their support team, definitely gives peace of mind.

I moved into a house with a pool and started shopping for a pool robot. After looking at a lot of options, I went with the iGarden K150 Pro. The design and specs stood out, but what really sold me was the customer service. I had plenty of very basic questions as someone new to pool robots, and the team was happy to walk me through every one of them. The robot itself has been great. It’s cordless, runs on a cycle, and can stay in the pool for days at a time without any fuss. Whenever I’ve had a question about using it, the iGarden team has been easy to reach and incredibly responsive.Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it.

We have had a KN 55 all season and it has proven to be one of the better decisions we have made involving our pool. So convenient, cleans well, battery lasts a long time. So much better than the pool sweep we had before that constantly got tangled and needed new parts. Well done iGarden! Kevin M.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Not only does it transform our small in ground pool into a legit swim pool; but whenever kids visit they always ask us to “turn on the waves”. The build quality exceeded expectations and the ease of use is everything it was advertised to be. While waiting for it to be shipped, customer service email responses were quick and personalized.

iGarden’s K90 robot pool cleaner is an exceptional product that thoroughly and completely cleaned our 25,000 gallon inground swimming pool. It handled all of the edges and angles effectively. We replaced a Polaris robot driven by a pump that consumed over 1300 watts continuous power use with our new K90 which is a quiet, efficient, and power conserving product compared to Polaris.

I asked originally they delay shipping since we were in Florida and wanted to try out within 30 days. The accomodated and they shipped May 1st as asked. Then when we tried to open pool out liner was trashed and we still didn't get to try the K36. Once we finally did it was acting a little funny and poping wheelies. Their support was great and they shipped out a new unit immediatly and new unit was perfect. Return was also free. I told my neighbor and he bought one as well.

The true test of a company is not whether a problem occurs, but how they respond when it does. iGarden exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service and commitment to standing behind their products. I purchased the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and, unfortunately, it stopped working and displayed an error message. I contacted customer support, and they responded promptly, asking me to send a few pictures of the machine so they could evaluate the issue. After reviewing the photos, iGarden quickly approved a replacement and sent me a new unit. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. While it's never ideal to have a product issue, I was impressed by how quickly and fairly they resolved the problem. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend both the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and the company behind it.
