The robot only supports 2.4GHz networks. Please ensure the Wi-fi is set to 2.4GHz mode. Make sure that Wi-fi is turned on and perform the setup in an area

Good so far
Easy to use and great looking. Cleans well and covers most of my pool. It is kidney shaped. Unfortunately, no matter how i set it i can't get it to last more than 4 hours. Im trying to figure it out.
This saves me so many hours of work and effort. It does my whole pool including steps. It's easy to program, and there's been no problems.The self-parking requires a pole to retrieve it because it rests at the bottom and that should probably be included. The battery life is outstanding.
This well made heavy duty cordless robotic pool vacuum does a thorough job cleaning my 30ft diameter above ground pool. The battery actually exceeded the specified time. The floor mode specified 4.0 hours battery life, the battery actually lasted 4.75 hours. In the floor/wall/waterline mode, specified battery life is 2.5 hours, the battery lasted 3.5 hours. It cleaned the whole floor, I'm not sure if it cleaned the complete wall. I think the wall/water line should be a separate mode. Cleaning only the wall & water line would be more effective.The manual does not specify the function of the turbo mode. The "Technical Specification" does not mention it, the "Instruction For Use list mentions the Turbo on or off function but not the battery life. I used the Turbo Mode Floor Only, the battery life was 2 hours. I Emailed customer support concerning the Turbo Mode and received an immediate response that 2 hours is correct and was looking into the information in the manual.
I'll start by saying this thing is a beast, not just in size, but also performance. It is very heavy and larger than I expected. The instructions are straightforward and comes with an app. We did have an issue getting the passcode to set up the app via text message. But, we switched it to an email and it popped right in. It came fully charged. We placed it in our pool, which is an above ground Bestway Steel Pro Max round. The vacuum took a minute to get started, slowly tested the wall of the pool. Then it took off. This is the first vacuum we have used that actually went across the floor without getting stuck. I have a couple of wrinkles at the bottom of the pool. But, this went flawlessly over them. The cleaning was really good. It got all the fine particles off the floor and at the waterline. When it got to where my pool ladder was, it attempted to go up it twice. As soon as it figure out it couldn't, it rested to the floor, turned around and went a different direction. It went across the leg of the ladder like it was nothing. Climbing the wall was pretty cool to watch. It went to the waterline, dropped a couple of inches and came back up and scrubbed it. It does not have actual bristles. It has rubber strips that it uses to clean with. So, it will be gentler on your vinyl liner. Pulling it out was fun as it was much heavier than when it went in, naturally. Nothing it had picked up redeposited into the pool. It trapped it all nicely in the rather large basket. Nothing was left in the bottom of the machine, either. This was well worth the price. Strongly recommend! I tried to add a video, but for some reason, it is not allowing me to do so.
