Step 1: Pay a $50 Deposit
Ensure the email used for the Super Early Bird Price matches the email used for placing the deposit.

Step 2: Complete Your Order
We are officially launching on Kickstarter in March 2026. Once we are live, you will received an exclusive VIP email with direct access to purchase X Series at the SUPER EARLY BIRD PRICE.

Step 3: Refund the Price DifferenceAfter the campaign ends, you will receive two separate refunds within 14 working days:

(1). Deposit Refund: Your original $50 deposit will be fully refunded to its original payment method.

(2). Price Difference Refund: An additional refund will be issued via Kickstarter to match your promised price:

  • For X20-P10: You will receive a $100 price difference refund.
  • For X30-P30 / X35-P60: You will receive a $200 price difference refund.

Step 4: Await Shipment
Shipping is scheduled to begin in May 2026. Get ready to dive in, turn your pool into a wave playground, and enjoy endless fun.

The swim jet and the power box will be shipped in two separate packages, with a total shipping fee of $50.

Yes, the iGarden Jet X Series supports global shipping to most regions. However, we currently do not ship to the following regions: North Korea, Africa, Russia, the five Central Asian countries, Central and South America, India, Pakistan, Southeast Asia, Greece, Serbia, Eastern Europe, Iran, Syria, Israel, and other regions affected by war or severe logistical restrictions.

With just a $50 deposit, you can unlock the VIP Offer, start from $699, up to $200 off the Super Early Bird price. Plus, if you complete your order within the first 48 hours of launch, you’ll receive a free storage bag for iGarden Swim Jet X Series (valued at $99). This $50 deposit applies to any bundle. The final bundle may differ slightly from the current one, but the discount will remain the same.

If you change your mind, please contact our customer support at customercare@igarden.ai (using the same email address as your reservation) before launch. Your $50 deposit will be refunded within 15 business days.

For the US, EU, AU, CA, and UK, all customs duties are covered by us. No additional customs fees will be charged to backers. For other regions, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations and will be the responsibility of the backer.

To ensure smooth gift delivery and benefit verification, we will match the email used on Kickstarter with our deposit list. Please make sure you use the same email address for your deposit and your Kickstarter account.

Each $50 deposit reserves one X series. Buying more than one unit, please place one deposit per unit
